Terms of Service

By signing up to NSFW Money you accept these terms. If you do not accept any part, do not use the platform.

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are a Philippine resident with valid government-issued ID.
• You have a valid mobile number and email under your control.
• You have at least one social media account on Reddit, Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook that you personally created and operate.
• You have not been previously banned from NSFW Money for fraud or abuse.

• Complete tasks honestly with screenshots that match the actual action.
• Use only your own real social media accounts. No bots, no automation, no rented accounts.
• Provide truthful KYC information. Submitting another person's ID is fraud and grounds for permanent ban.
• Treat NSFW Coins as on-platform credits with no inherent legal tender value until cashed out.

• Pay out approved earnings at posted rates within stated cycle windows.
• Verify your KYC submission within 4 business hours (best effort).
• Review submissions within 4 hours of receipt (best effort).
• Absorb Xendit transfer fees so the wallet number equals the destination amount.
• Not charge any fee for joining, accessing tasks, or withdrawing.

• Coins represent member work value, not a security or cryptocurrency.
• Coins convert to PHP at payout based on the locked weekly rate.
• The platform reserves the right to adjust the conversion rate going forward, but never retroactively reduces vested balances.
• Pioneer cohort 1 (first 100 verified members) earn a 1.20× lifetime multiplier on submission credits as part of an early-supporter privilege.

• First payout: 1,000 coins minimum, available 7 days after KYC verified.
• Subsequent payouts: 5,000 coins minimum, dispatched on the 2nd or 17th of each month following 14-day cooldown.
• Withdrawal destinations must match your KYC name. Mismatch triggers manual review.
• SMS OTP verification required for first withdrawal.

• Multi-accounting (more than one account per person)
• Buying or selling accounts, KYC documents, or invite codes
• Submitting forged or recycled proof screenshots
• Coordinating with other members to manipulate task or referral mechanics
• Engaging with any task that would violate the target platform's terms in a way the campaign brief did not authorize

Violation results in account freeze, forfeiture of unwithdrawn balance, and potential legal action.

Each account has a risk score updated continuously. Accounts that exceed risk thresholds are frozen pending review. We aim to resolve frozen accounts within 7 days.

You may close your account at any time via /support. We may close your account if:

• You violate these terms
• You become inactive for 12 consecutive months
• We discontinue the service (with 30 days notice and a final settlement)

NSFW Money is provided "as is". We do not guarantee earnings amounts, task availability, or platform uptime. Members earn from completed and approved tasks only. We are not responsible for losses on your social media accounts caused by your actions on those platforms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of [TBD: city of business registration], Philippines.
